Process
Preliminary Interview
The Nannies are given a brief-up about the company and the job profile according to the family allotted to them and proper Screening is done. We check the way of Dressing, Languages Known and Body Language of each Nanny. The Nannies fill the Application forms mentioning their Personal Details and Previous Experience.
Experience Check
All the Nannies who have applied for particular profile undergo with their experience check procedure, in which they mention the reason for leaving the previous job and where they were working previously and years of working.
Hygiene Check
To check whether the Nannies are upto the mark in terms of hygiene, we do a proper hygiene inspection, explaining them to maintain personal cleanliness as well as cleanliness for the family in which the Nanny is placed. There are some norms prescribed specially for our Nannies to maintain hygienic environment.
Basic Medical Examination
The pre employment medical examination is a part of our selection procedure. In this, fitness evaluation and assessments includes various tests and measurements that help us to determine the overall health of each Nanny and to certify each Nanny medically fit or unfit. We also design a proper exercise program for the Nanny’s which we place.
Nannies Background Check
A Nanny’s background check is a review of her commercial, criminal and / or financial records. A background check is a collection and inspection of public and private records of a Nanny which includes specific examples verifying:
- Credit history
- Employment history
- Work authorization
- Education history
- Social media profiles
- Driving record
- Medical records
Training of 2 Weeks
There is a training session of 2 Weeks for the Nannies which is conducted by some good trainers and pediatricians explaining them how to care for a child professionally and giving them practical knowledge about the new born related caring as well as new mothers postpartum care.
Registration (on the basis of work category)
At this stage we do registration of all the Nannies. We get the registration form filled by the Nannies mentioning their personal details, preferable location of work and hours of working.
